I was born and raised in Bogota, Colombia. After graduating from Universidad Externado de Colombia in 1997 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Restaurant Management, I moved to New York City before I joined the United States Army. I served in the military for five years as Human Resources and Food Service Specialist. I was one of the first troops to be sent to Iraq. After my deployment, I moved to Florida and was involved in the Hotel and Restaurant industry. I also have experience working as a tax professional and I am currently a notary public. I recently graduated from Florida Atlantic University in 2013 with a Master’s in Business Administration. I am a very motivated person who loves learning new things and believes in going the extra mile with everything I do. I enjoy reading, swimming, crafts and spending time with my family, among other things. Aparna, born and raised in India, hold a Masters in Accounting and Computer Science. She moved to South Florida in 1996. She worked as a software consultant for a large real estate research company. Aparna wanted to expand into Real Estate Investments. Since 1999 she has bought and sold numerous single family homes and multifamily properties. She has been involved in Real Estate ever since, both as an investor and as a property manager before finally delving in and getting her license to sell in 2014.
